Message from our CEO

As we move into a new phase with the pandemic and our economy, it is essential Citizens FSB continues to move forward with strategies to serve our communities. We strive to process customer transactions in a friendly, accurate and efficient manner. Whether those transactions take place in our branches, at a drive-thru window, ATM, mobile banking or online banking, we know our service doesn’t stop there.

2021 has proven to be a very busy year for our staff with a record year of mortgage loan closings,  new website, mobile banking updates, online consumer loan application, additional school debit cards, new employee training programs and continuing to build a top notch IT infrastructure.   Commercial Services team processed a significant number of Payroll Protection Program (PPP) loans throughout the pandemic 1st and 2nd draws.   

We continue to help customers with financial planning with our relationships with Prime Capital Investments and The Trust Company of Kansas.  Both with office space at our home office.    

Whether you’re a consumer or business customer (or both) at Citizens, we value and appreciate your commitment to the bank and we are honored to be your financial service provider.
